When will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday-Wednesday. Orders are shipped within 2-5 business day. When the products are shipped tracking information will be sent via email. Please verify the address is correct at checkout, as this is the address that orders will be shipped to.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. We only ship within the United States.
What happens if package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is shipped, and a tracking number has been sent, shipping is then controlled by USPS or UPS and out of our control.

Can I return or exchange my items?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Unless your order is damaged upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately within 5 days at info@happysoulcandles.com. Please include your order number, and a photo of the damaged package and product.
